Eric Rwiyereka( 1977-2026), in the D. R. Congo . He was a devoted father of five daughters(5), one son(1), and two grandchildren. His family was at the center of his life, and he was deeply dedicated to their being. Eric was

a faithful member of his church for many years and was always ready to lend a helping hand and offer words of comfort to whoever needed it.

Eric’s personality brought warmth and joy to everyone he encountered, and his passing will be mourned deeply by everyone who knew and loved him. Eric’s memory will remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those who were honored to have had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy will live on for generations to come, inspiring those around him with his kindheartedness, generosity, and unforgettable spirit.

A visitation will be held at Hope Lutheran Church (1700 S. Cliff Ave., Sioux Falls, SD), Friday, October 2, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service will be held the following morning at Hope Lutheran Church, Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM, followed by a graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery (2001 S. Cliff Ave., Sioux Falls, SD) at 12:00 PM. Please join the family for lunch afterwards back at Hope Lutheran Church.
