Jeffrey McCaw, 59, of Sioux Falls, SD passed away peacefully Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Sanford Medical Center ICU after a short battle with cancer.

Celebration of Life Service will be announced by the family at a later date.

Jeffrey McCaw was born November 16th 1966, in South Dakota to Joann Paul and Jim McCaw

He attended schooling until graduation.   Following high school, Jeff worked several hands on jobs including concrete work and framing.

Jeff went on to marry his wife Tina McCaw on July 12th 2017.  He was inseparable with his wife.

With his free time, he loved to spend it outdoors or in the workshop.  He loved spend time with his kids and grandchildren.  He was always super excited for his trips to Fly Boy Donuts, or any restaurant for some of his favorite foods.

Grateful to have shared his life with his wife Tina, a daughter, Elizabeth Pina of Sioux Falls;  sons, Tyler Nelson, of Sioux Falls, Frank Tomes of TX, and Zach Tomes, of FL;  stepchildren, Riley Calvert of Sioux Falls, and Emily Calvert of Sioux Falls;  sisters, Pattie (Ron) Meyer of Centerville, Jeanie Heezen (Kenny Kayser) of Emery; brothers, Bob Vaughn of Centerville, and James McCaw (Adria) of Nampa, Idaho; uncles, Dennis (Rita) Paul, Larry Paul, and Jerry McCaw; 8 grandchildren, Jack, Jonathan, Jeremiah, Jennifer, Rose, Zowie, Robert, and Octavia; and his special best friend, Roy(Rhonda)Parmley.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Jim McCaw and JoAnn Paul Vaughn (Frank Vaughn); his grandparents, Fay and Eleanor Paul.

He will truly be missed and loved by many.
