Jill Kathleen Toland, 68 of Sioux Falls, SD, died Thursday, November 21, 2024 at Dougherty Hospice House in Sioux Falls.  A private burial will be held at Graceland Cemetery, Mitchell, SD.

Jill Kathleen Toland was born March 18, 1956, to Thomas N. "Tom" and Ima Gene (Wentworth) Toland in Mitchell.  As their only child, she had a very happy childhood being raised by her loving parents who were devoted to each other and their faith in God.  She was baptized into the Christian faith on April 15, 1956 and confirmed into the Lutheran faith on May 30, 1971 at First Lutheran Church in Mitchell.

She attended and graduated from Mitchell High School and South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD.  She was an active member at Peace Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls, SD.  Besides enjoying traveling, concert going, country music, and celebrity news.  Jill was an avid reality show viewer and enjoyed the many, many reality shows in her nightly viewing.

Survivors include many extended family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Ima Gene; and grandparents, Earle and LaRene (Johnson) Toland and Albert and Matilda (Knappe) Wentworth.
