Julie Marilyn (Reiff) Cullen was born January 21, 1959, in Sioux Falls, SD, to Roger and Marilyn (Scott) Reiff. She attended and graduated from Chester Area High School in 1977. Following high school, she started a lifelong career in the healthcare equipment field.
On February 14, 1981, she was united in marriage with Patrick Cullen in Sioux Falls. The couple became loving parents to their son, Matthew in 1985, and shortly after that, bought their home in Tea, SD, on Apple St. In retirement, Julie continued working at the Sanford Pentagon part-time. She especially loved this job as she worked with great people and was around so many others; she was able to use her passion to help others.
Julie touched so many lives during her lifetime, from her laugh to her contagious smile. She always put others before herself, because that's what brought her joy and made her heart full.
Julie's big heart showed in so many ways, and donating her time to many organizations is one way she showed that. From donating her time to donating goods, she was always willing to put others before herself to ensure she was helping others.
Julie and Pat enjoyed traveling to Kentucky as often as they could to visit Matthew and his family and spoil their two grandsons (Cashton and Trace). Their biggest joy outside of time with family was going on cruises with their good friends Paul and Fanny Seville. Her hobbies included collecting Coca-Cola items, gardening, and watching birds.
Grateful for having shared her life are her husband, Pat; son, Matthew Cullen (Connie), Louisville, KY; 2 grandchildren, Cashton and Trace; sister, Jan Elcock (Daryl), Tea, SD; and brother, Todd Reiff (Paula), Sioux Falls, SD; and parents, Roger and Marilyn Reiff.
