Leonard "Len" Weber, 104, of Sioux Falls, SD passed away on Sunday, January 11th, 2026 at his home surrounded by family.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am Monday, January 19th, at the Cathedral of St. Joseph, 521 N. Duluth Ave., Sioux Falls, SD, with burial to follow at St. Michael Cemetery, Sioux Falls, SD.

Visitation with family present to greet friends will be from 2:00 - 4:00 pm Sunday, January 18th, at Miller Funeral Home Downtown, 507 S. Main Ave., Sioux Falls, SD.

Leonard "Len" Albert Weber, son of Albert and Anna (Heer) Weber, was born in the family home on April 28, 1921, in Sioux Falls, SD.  He attended catholic school graduating in 1941, from Cathedral High School.  Len enlisted into the US Army in 1942, where he served with the 476th Antiaircraft Artillery Battalion during World War II in the South Pacific.  Len received a citation of meritorious service with the 476th Battalion. Following his honorable discharge, in 1946, he returned to Sioux Falls, SD.

Len was united in marriage with Janet Kay Teeman on July 7, 1952 in Sioux Falls, SD. He worked for Metz Baking Co. as a driver and manager.  They moved to Battle Lake, MN in 1957, where he worked a few jobs and returned to Sioux Falls in 1960's where he started Weber Furnace Cleaning.  In his later life he worked and was co-owner of Midwest Welding Co until his retirement in 1986.  Len's wife, Janet, passed away in 1998, he married Carol (Hvass) Andersen on February 14, 2007.

He enjoyed fishing at their lake cabin near Battle Lake, MN with his friend, Father Glenn Radimaker, who usually out fished him (Len always accused him of blessing his minnows). Len loved spending time with his many friends and hunting pheasants at his relative's farm near Doland SD, where he spent many summers of his youth.

He is survived by his wife, Carol (Hvass) Andersen; five sons, Daniel (Deb) Weber of Renner, William (Janet) Weber of Sioux Falls, Russell (Becky) Weber of Hartford, Todd (Conni) Weber of Sioux Falls, Matt (Heidi) Weber of Prescott, WI, and 18 grandchildren and 40 great grandchildren.

He was proceeded in death by his parents; eight siblings, Marguerite House, Eva Weber, Mabel Becker, Clarence Weber, Loretta Snelling, Ray Weber, Walt Weber; three sons, Stephen, David, Paul; and his wife, Janet (Teeman) Weber.
