Mandy J. Spade, age 39, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 29, 2024, in Sioux Falls, SD. She was born on October 11, 1984, to Scarlett Scheuring and Lloyd Sorenson in Sioux Falls, SD.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 10 to 11 AM, with a celebration of life starting at 11 a.m. at Miller Funeral Home Southside Chapel.

Mandy was a fun, caring person with a big heart. She moved from Sioux Falls, SD, to North Carolina in 2011 and has lived there since. She enjoyed reading and sewing and loved her dogs. All will greatly miss her.

Grateful to have shared her life are her life long partner of 20 years, Jason Spence; parents, Richard and Bonnie Shogren; father-in-law, Dell Spade; father, Lloyd Sorenson; siblings, Jodi (Derek) Johnson, Dale Shogren, Randy (Cindy) Shogren, Kristy (Chris) Brandsgaard, Julie (Nathan) Korth, and Breana White; nieces, Scarlett Johnson, Lycia Chapin, Beth Wilker, Elisia Wilker, and Kasey Behlen; nephews, Kayler Johnson, Davin Johnson, Quinton Shogren, Dean Shogren, and Ryan (Aspen) Shogren; numerous family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rose Spade; mother, Scarlett Schuering; brother, Micah Fleming; mother-in-law, Kathy Spade.
