Rodney Dean Lillebo

Rodney Dean Lillebo, age 76, of Presho, SD, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026. No services are planned at this time.

Rodney was a man who knew how to enjoy life. Whether he was tending to things around the farm, reading numerous Western novels, spoiling his dogs, or lending a hand to someone who needed it, he was always ready with a laugh and a positive outlook.

He retired as the lead highway maintenance worker for the South Dakota Department of Transportation at the Presho shop on June 5, 2014.

Rodney is survived by his children, Jason Lillebo (and his spouse, Troy Parker), Ross Lillebo (and his wife, Kristy Lillebo), and Karna Lillebo (and her husband, Adam White), as well as his sister, Deanna. He is also remembered by many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hilmer and Susie; his brothers, Gordon, Edwin, and Harold; and his sisters, Gloria and Marion.
