Seth Fisher, beloved son and brother, passed away at the age of 24 on Friday, November 7, 2025, at Sanford Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD, surrounded by family and friends.

Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am Thursday, November 13, at The Church of St. Mary, 2109 S. 5th Ave., Sioux Falls, SD with burial at Pleasant View Cemetery, Harrisburg, SD.

Visitation with the family present to greet friends will be from 5:00 – 7:00 pm with a 7:00 pm Wake Service on Wednesday, November 12, at Miller Funeral Home Southside Chapel, 7400 S. Minnesota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD.

Seth August Fisher was born June 27, 2001, in Sioux Falls, SD at Avera McKennan Hospital to Tony and Sheila (Luke) Fisher. He attended school in Harrisburg, and graduated from Harrisburg High School in 2019. Following high school, he kicked off his welding career at Dakota Bodies in Watertown followed by B&G Industries Inc, Midwest Dakota Dumpsters, also worked for Koustrup Gravel Inc, H&W Contracting, and was currently working at Dakota Bodies.

He loved playing all kinds of sports. From wrestling for one year, playing flag, junior league, and middle school football, basketball, and grew up playing baseball. Starting with t-ball all the way through high school baseball.

Seth enjoyed any time that he was able to hunt, whether it was deer, pheasants, or other wildlife. He loved his annual hunting trips with his Dad, brother, grandpa, uncles, and friends and always came back with new stories to tell. His biggest passion was welding, which he turned into his career finding a knack for it in high school.

He loved riding his motorcycle, working on his truck or other vehicles, throwing darts, playing softball, and target shooting. Seth was very compassionate and would always help anyone that needed it. From changing tires for strangers on the side of the road, pulling people out of a ditch, to shoveling snow for the neighbors, he truly was the most selfless person.

He had the brightest smile, when he wanted to smile, one of the most contagious laughs that could make anyone laugh, and the brightest blue eyes that were always looking for deer, pheasant, or whatever he was hunting that day.

Seth loved spending time with his family, friends, and his dog Buddy. He was great with kids, especially his cousins, whether playing hide and seek with his hat or just running around and letting them climb on him like a jungle gym.

Seth is survived by his parents Tony and Sheila, brother Nick and his wife Serinity, his sister Hannah, grandparents Greg and Ann Fisher and Bonnie Luke, his girlfriend Shayla Meseberg and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandpa William (Bill) Luke.

Seth is an organ donor and helping many people with his generous gifts!

Another selfless act by a great young man with such a big heart!

He is truly the best son, brother, and friend we could have ever asked for.

Thank you, Sheila & Tony
