Steven "Steve" McKnelly, passed away Friday November 15th, 2024, at Sanford medical center.

Steven was born March 2nd, 1953 to Donna Mcknelly. He attended school in Sioux falls, where he graduated from Washington High School in 1971. After graduation he went and worked for Ball Paper Box, and then went and worked at the Shopping news for many of years until he retired. Along the way he married Charlene and they had a son. Many years later he married Michelle and they had a son and two daughters. Ex

Steven enjoyed spending time with family, he also loved to do Fast Track Racing. He very much enjoyed watching his granddaughter play softball every summer. Steven also enjoyed fishing, he just loved being outdoors.

Grateful for having shared his life are his ex wife Michelle of Sioux Falls, sons Travis and Steven McKnelly of Sioux falls, daughter Janet Schulz (William), of Redfield SD, daughter Tara McKnelly of Sioux falls. 3 grand children Makayla and Scylas Schulz and Malachi Caruso. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents, and his Mom.
