Timothy Lynn Brech, 74, passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.

Tim was born on July 16, 1951, in Sioux Falls, SD, to Harold and Lorraine "Billie" (Hartigan) Brech.  He attended Catholic elementary school and graduated from O'Gorman High School.

On August 26, 1993, Tim was united in marriage to the love of his life, LaVonne Bodewitz, in Sioux Falls, SD.  LaVonne passed away on January 23, 2013.

Tim had worked at Ben Hur Ford, Schwartz Manufacturing, and most recently at Auto Body Specialties just prior to his retirement.

Tim loved to watch all kinds of sports, especially football and baseball.  He was a longtime fan of the San Francisco 49er's and the St. Louis Cardinals.

Grateful for having shared his life are his siblings: Paulette Fischer, Sioux Falls, SD; Terry (Marietta) Brech, Parker, SD; Bonnie Johnson, Janesville, MN; Luann (Roger) Foster, Sioux Falls, SD; step-daughter Michelle; seven step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, LaVonne; and three brothers: Jan, Lanny, and Lee Brech.

A private family graveside service will be held.
